When will I receive my tracking details?
We will send you an email with all your tracking information along with what can be expected in your parcel.
Alternatively, you can log into your online account to access this information.
Will all my items be delivered together?
On occasions we may deliver your order in separate deliveries. If this is the case, you will be notified via email and you will be provided with tracking details for all parcels.
I'm missing an item
Occasionally we will send your order in more than one parcel, so please check your emails for your tracking information as a second parcel could be on its way.
Should we have any unforeseen issues with your order we will let you know as soon as possible.
What if I'm not going to be in for the delivery?
Don't worry, our couriers will follow several processes to make sure you get your order as quickly and as safely as possible. These include;
-Try to deliver to a neighbour,
-Leave the parcel in a safe place on your property or
-Take the parcel to a local drop off point.
Falling these actions, they will try again the next working day. All information on your delivery can be found through your tracking information.
I can't find my parcel
If you have received a 'parcel delivered' notification but are unable to locate your parcel please contact us with your order reference number. We can then raise the relevant investigations with the couriers who can use the drivers GPS tracking to further locate your parcel.
Do you ship to PO BOX addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO BOX addresses.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive and email confirming your tracking details.

We ship from our fulfilment centres here in the UK.
Evri Delivery App
The Evri delivery app allows you to track and divert your parcels on the go. Enter your parcel’s 16-character tracking code to see information on your parcel’s progress, including when it’s been delivered, a photo of your parcel and the delivery signature (if required).
You can download the Evri App from either the App Store or Google Play Store.
Diverting your parcel to a safe place
Not going to be in? Not a problem, simply choose a ‘safe place’ for your Evri courier to drop off your parcel. Using the Evri App, you can tell your courier to deliver your parcel to a preferred neighbour or a safe place such as a garage, porch or shed.
Setting delivery preferences
Your safe place can be saved for future deliveries in the ‘My Places’ area of the App. Using My Places, you can set the exact location for your deliveries and collections by adding a map pin, a photo and delivery notes to help your local Evri courier. You can also choose a neighbour your courier should deliver to, and a neighbour to avoid.
