We've extended our returns policy so you can shop stress-free over the festive period. As well as our standard returns policy, all online purchases from the 1st October can be returned for a refund or exchange until the 24th January through our returns portal.

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you decide to return any item(s) you have 30 days to do so.
Here's a step-by-step guide:

*Here you will see 2 steps. Input your order number. This can be found in your confirmation email, or on your Order Packing Sheet included in your parcel. Enter the email address used to place your order.
*Choose to either return or exchange them.
*Select the product(s) you would like to return.
*Let us know the reason for your return or exchange. If prompted, please leave a note so that we address any ongoing issues.
*Choose your refund method. For more information on these options, please see below
*Complete your request.
Please include your Returns Slip or Packing sheet within your returns parcel. If you no longer have this, you will need to fill in a Returns Form (See below).
Return Costs
We offer FREE shipping on all UK exchanges. UK returns for refund are charged at £3.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please reach out to our team via email returns@luke1977.com before processing your return, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Instant Options Explained
Instant refunds. This means that you will be refunded as soon as your request is processed, rather than having to wait for the goods to arrive and be processed.
Instant Exchanges. If your item is the incorrect size, your new item will be sent out straight away before you send off your unwanted item, so you won’t have to wait to get the right item.

Items bought between 1st October 2024 and 24th December 2024 can be returned through our online portal up until 24th January 2025 for a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the item/s is re-saleable with tags still attached (not cut or re-attached) and no physical marks/smells on the garment. Failing this will result in the item being returned back to you. We also recommend not to wear aftershave while trying products on.
Discounted items where you applied a code at checkout are eligible for the full 30-day returns policy as normal.
Items purchased as part of an offer, for instance, “buy 2 get 1 free” or “buy 3 or more t-shirts to get 25% off” must be returned in full to be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds for items purchased through a Gift Card will be processed back to the gift card code to be used again.

Do you offer free returns?
If you are returning your item for an exchange this is FREE. Any returns for a refund would cost £3.00 through our return portal. We are looking into similar solutions for our international customers.
Can I return my online purchase in store?
Items purchased via our website can not be returned in store.

If you are returning part of your order that takes you below the threshold for the free gift you have received. You will be charged for this item.
I used a gift voucher to place my order will I get a cash refund?
No, your refund will be processed back to your voucher.
